Many Americans have a strong opinion on the realism of the American dream, it is possible through wise choices and having will power, one can achieve the American dream. The idea of this dream goes back to the time where the first settlers from Europe came to the new world. Most of these settlers believed that if they worked hard in this new place they will soon harvest the benefits of it.
